1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the E-SID website and services, operated by E-SID, a brand of the ENSOF technology group. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
E-SID provides global eSIM data connectivity delivered over third-party partner networks across 200+ destinations. Availability, speeds and coverage depend on those underlying networks and your device.
3. Eligibility & device
You must be able to form a binding contract and use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown before purchase and may change over time. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the amount shown. Data plans are for the stated allowance and validity period.
5. Activation & refunds
eSIM profiles are digital goods. Once a plan has been installed or activated it generally cannot be refunded, except where required by law or stated in our support policy. Contact support if a plan fails to work.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to resell it without authorization, or to interfere with the networks. We may suspend service for misuse.
7. Coverage & availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity, as it depends on partner networks and local conditions.
8. Intellectual property
The E-SID name, brand, site and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
10. Changes, law & contact
